It Is Nearly Time for Apple’s World Wide Developer Conference 2023

Apple’s World Wide Developer Conference (WWDC) takes place next week, from Monday 5th June to Friday 9th June.

I’ve been reading some of the rumours and listening to podcasts about what might be unveiled, and I always look forward to it with a sense of excitement.

Although most of the videos are for developers, there are some with a wider audience. In particular, the opening video (the WWDC Keynote) is the one with the main announcements.

The Platform State of the Union video is another one I don’t want to miss, although it is more technical.

WWDC will be streamed live on YouTube. The start time is 6 pm UK time (10 am PT time).

The big story is that a Mixed Reality headset is anticipated, and it will probably be called Reality Pro. (Mixed Reality shows the real world with a digital overlay that can interact with real objects.)
